Pneumatic Solenoid Valve – H Micro Series – Europe

Category:

The H Micro Series is a plug-in base mounted valve system. It’s original Back to Back design allows a very compact manifold, handling up to 32 pilot solenoids stacking 42 mm width metal subbases which hold 4 valves modules giving up to 8 valve functions:

• 4/2, single and double solenoids

• 4/3 double solenoids, all ports blocked in the center position

• Dual 3/2, NC/NC, NO/NO, and NC/NO

The plug-in manifold bases contain circuit boards for collective wiring, that can be either single address (for single solenoid valves), or double address (for double solenoid valves). The manifold bases have either side or bottom M7 ports. Several sizes of tube fittings can be installed in the M7 ports. The collective wiring options are:

• 25 pin Dsub

• P2M Moduflex nodes (IO-Link, Ethernet/IP, Profinet IO, EtherCAT, PowerLink, Modbus /TCP, CC-Link IE)

• Turck BL67 (Ethernet/IP, Profinet IO, Modbus /TCP, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, CANopen)

• H Series Industrial Communication System (Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and Profibus DP)

The H Micro valve manifold can be field converted from internal to external pilot supply by moving the M7 plug located on the right hand end plate to the appropriate port. Internal pilot operation means the supply pressure on the #1 port is directed to the end of the valve where the solenoid operator, when actuated, allows the supply pressure to pass, which then is applied to the piston to shift the spool. External pilot is when the valve gets its “internal” pressure from an “external pilot port” instead of the #1 port. These valves can be used with H Fieldbus Series, Turcknet, or Moduflex P2M Nodes.
